    • You need to develop your Value Propositions, or why you are different from everybody else in solving customers’ problems
    • You have to come up with a small collection of impactful words and phrases
    • You need to be different, and that difference needs to matter
  • How?
    • Focus on the #1 problem that your product solves
    • Use words and phrases that your customers used in your conversations
    • Target early adopters through bold and specific words
    • Focus on benefits and not features
    • Pick your words carefully and use them everywhere!
    • Study the marketing material of brands you admire (of products that you’ve purchased in the past
